It's had a mall next to it and mtr.
The repeated issues with staff. Stated my rooms paid for and that I owe nothing. Room booked by third party and when booked we clearly stated as such.... Sent an email to Hotel to which no reply. Very rude I found this. Upon check out they were saying the opposite of what I was told and that a third party payment authorisation form needs to be filled. I asked why did anyone reply to my email as I stated before departure from uk how rooms being paid for. I am now ensuring im not staying in any holiday inn hotel whilst travelling in asia. I was told they'd compensate me some how but it was a lie. Until I get a satisfactory answer and compensation I'll not stay in any of your chains hotel....so perhaps customer service & adequate English is required from your desk staff at least. They just say yes yes but don't understand what you are saying. Very misleading, missed a meeting due to the mix up.

Great value property with knowledgeable employees who have served me several times with cheerful and helpful manner. Unbeatable location in Hong Kong, so close to the Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Kowloon East and the department store.

The modern hotel with professionally trained staff was greatly appreciated. the location in a quiet suburb was decent, and we enjoyed exploring Beppu Ekimae in the evening, just a short stroll away from the property.

Everything was brand-spanking new...free Wifi (that worked!)...spacious room...free breakfast
View from the room---brute-ugly concrete forest of high-rises. The location in East Kowloon is way out from what most people would travel to Hong Kong to see. That said, it only takes 25 mins by the super- efficient Metro to get to the main areas of the city. The mtr station is directly below the hotel, in a shopping complex called the Popcorn Mall. Airport shuttles don't come out here, but a cab to Kowloon station only costs hk$110-120. You can do airport check-in at Kowloon station--- beating the queues was great---then take the Airport Express train

Nearby MTR Newly Opening Service of Receptionist Shopping Malls
Only four selects of breakfast everyday. Poor service manner at the restaurant (Breakfast). Staff not familar to the transporation system nearby the Hotel. (Cannot let guests the best way where they want to go. May be they are new in that region.)

They do not provide fridge and iron & iron board in the room. We could not find adaptor in the room so we called to Reception but they said that no adaptor provided in this hotel. ( How comes ? ) Finally we contacted reception again to make sure after we came back from outside for an adaptor. This time they had it ! It's newly opened hotel so there's a defect for sure especially for electricity. We could not turn off or turn on electricty in room even we took out our key from electricity control slot. Enigineer could not fix it so we had to move to sleep in another room at 01:00 am. On checking out day, Reception gave us a wrong information on Airport Bus Stop, Luckily we still had time to find our way to Airport Bus Stop which is not quite far.

Clean, functional, pleasant place to be. Easy to find, and a nice room.
Automated front doors would be helpful when arriving with luggage! Breakfast wasn't great. In-room documentation gave breakfast as starting from 6.30 and in fact it didn't open until 6.45.
